It looks like I'm hitting this issue. I've gone through the BIOS and moved the USB key to be after the harddrive in the boot order, but I still get the same error. If I use a DVD it works fine and sees the mirrored volume on the SmartArray P410i I created for the OS. Even if moving the USB after the harddrive in the boot order did work I wouldn't like it entirely because I can't find any hotkey during POST to choose what source to boot from. I'd have to go into the BIOS and change the boot order back, which is going to throw me back to square one with the original error. Please don't make me install from a slow DVD.
