Hp Create Recovery Media

Unfortunately, I had to reset everything immediately after I upgraded due to some Application conflict. I lost every software that HP gave built in, such as contact HP customer care, create a recovery media etc. How do I use the existing drive to create a new recovery media in case I ever want to roll back to 8?
