Hp Scanjet 4670 Driver Windows 7 32bit
Has anyone found a driver that will allow you to run an HP scanjet 4670 in Windows 10?
I cannot get my Scanjet 4670 to work at all under Windows 7 (64-bit). I tried installing the original drivers from the disc and even the latest XP drivers via the website but they don't work. I tried the 64-bit Vista 'Basic' driver, and although this seems to detect the scanner, it only does so after rebooting and any application I try to scan with just hangs as if it is waiting for a response from the scanner. Unplugging and replugging or powering up the device after restart just causes it to be detected as an unknown device again. Please, I am begging HP to release a driver for Windows 7 for the scanjet 4670. I can tell you it is becoming a very bitter issue among your customers that HP is not supporting its older devices well. Honestly, if I have to replace this thing I am not going to get another HP.
The Windows Vista will NOT work by itself. It needs to be executed/installed via the 'compatibility' process. Windows XP driver will also work via the same process. Download Game Java Jar Hp Cina 320x240. I have my HP 4670 working under Windows 10 Home 64 bit by installing the Vista drivers via the 'compatibility' process. For those among us not familiar with the 'compatibility' process - within Windows file manager, do a right click on the driver executible (not the ZIP file), then click on 'Toubleshoot compatibility', then follow the prompts. It basically fools the driver to think its working in a Vista computer.
