Is there more than one driver you can download, ie 32 and 64 bit versions, HPPCL vs Postscript etc. Try them all. As well, look to see if they have any newer drivers for 'Stylus Photo' printers in general, even if they are different models. Windows 10 switched to a constant 'upgrade' development model. Every 6 months new features are added. This last update, April 2018 (Version 1803) apparently included some 'improvements' to the printing subsystem.
