I need HELP!!!! I have 2 users who while trying to print from Acrobat Reader 7.0(all updates installed) get the error message 'Before you can perform print-related tasks such as page setup or printing a document, you need to install a printer'.
They can print fine from a.doc,.xls, etc, and I can print to that same printer directly from the Citrix server they are connected to. Any ideas/suggestions? I keep reading about no default printer being selected. Does this mean on the server or on the local workstation?
I made sure the user had a default printer selected on the local machine, even went so far as to select a different local printer as the default, but still get the error. I just got the error. The user had selected a printer as a 'default printer' that no longer existed.
